anyway i realise that the people here are very amazed by the strict laws in singapore. i'm hoping to go taipei but i'm not sure how can i meet you guys. Shopping guru!! Nola.. Shilin Night Market, Wu Fen Pu, Fengjia Night Market(Tai Zhong). These are the main places. I personally prefer Shilin Night Market because some of the prices are stated and you can still cut price from there.. Wu Fen Pu really has to bargain a lot.. coz they tend to quote very high price..
