AIESEC X'mas party
Posted by Chen Ee at 2:48 PM | Monday, January 4, 2010

The following weekend was the AIESEC X’mas Party at Jiufen. It is an interesting party with very enthusiastic bunch of AIESECers. I’m really glad to be there to visit nice places with beautiful sceneries and delicious food such as Jiufen, Keelung and the exotic Yeliu with its famous Queen’s Head. The X’mas party lasts till around midnight but room party continues till around 3am. They’re really a crazy bunch of students too. But Racheline and I did not join them as we’re too exhausted and we know that the next day will be a very tiring day. The most memorable experience that I have from the party is the rocks in Yeliu. It reminds me the creation of God and the beauty and elegance of nature. And I really felt very happy and rejuvenated to look at the sea and the sky. It opens up my mind. It had really left all my worries behind for that moment. I feel so much nearer to my trueself. The most memorable food I have ever tried is the BBQ sotong and the snow ice near the Keelung Temple.

Having said that we have such wonderful trips, works in school are still continuing. This week’s lesson is the repetition of last week’s lesson. I’m glad to see students who’re interested in learning English. They’re the one that give me the energy and strength to share with them more knowledge and motivations. I need them to drive my day in school.
